We are a boutique interior design firm located in Flowood, Mississippi focused on a personal approach to interior design. Our clients needs are our main focus. We design homes that reflect the clients’ personality and how they need their home to function. Then combining our knowledge of spatial awareness, we work to maintain a process that makes design enjoyable for the client.

Carr-Magee Interiors started out of a love of family and design. After years of working for a renowned furniture and design leader in the Jackson Metro area, we decided having our own firm was one day in the future. That day came soon after Covid hit and we saw just how much we were missing with our families. A new opportunity led the way for us to have our first office space and we decided the time was now.

We are Sarah Carr and Meagan Magee, both from Brandon, Mississippi. Between us we have two Bachelor’s of Science in Interior Design (BSID) from The University of Southern Mississippi and 20 years experience in residential and commercial design and renovation. This four-year professional degree was a thorough design-oriented curriculum. Starting with a strong theoretical basis and incorporating creative problem-solving skills, we then learned the aesthetic, technological, and behavioral aspects of design. Our experience has taught us the most important lesson, that how we treat our clients is our top concern. We want every client to have trust in us to take their home and turn it into a true reflection of their family.
